Hayley accepted a full ride volleyball scholarship to the University of Arkansas. While at Arkansas she was named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll all four years, as well as the SEC Volleyball Community Service Team her senior year. She graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art.

While living in Fayetteville, Arkansas after graduation Hayley coached for Ozark Juniors, as well as the University’s Women’s Club Volleyball team.

In 2017, Hayley moved to Tulsa, and in 2022 she began coaching for Ultimate.
