UPVBC Expense Report 2024
Receipts must accompany all reimbursement requests. Please submit all receipts via email to [email protected]. Expense report and receipts must be turned into UPVBC no more than 2 weeks post event.
*Each coach may turn in their own expense form and personal receipts.
*UPVBC will pay for one tank of gas per estimated 200 miles driven with at least 3 coaches included. The club is not responsible for any type of driving or parking violations that the driver may incur during their trip.
*UPVBC does NOT reimburse for personal rides. Ride-share receipts can only be turned in by one coach if in a group.

COVID POLICY

During Season –
November to May, our teams practice takes priority.

Monday through Thursday –
practices are scheduled from 5:00 to 10:00pm

Friday – Open to Scheduling

Saturday – Open to Scheduling

Sunday - Open to Scheduling

We also have open courts during Holiday Season dates when teams have optional practice times.
