Assistant Coach // 15 Elite

Parker Powell joins UPVBC as an assistant coach for 15 Elite, while also coaching at Cascia Hall. A former player at Skiatook High School, Graceland University, and multiple club programs, Parker has been coaching since 2017 and brings years of playing and teaching experience to the court.

Inspired by his lifelong love of the game, Parker focuses on growth, resilience, and teamwork as the foundation of his coaching. He emphasizes fundamentals, creating practices that balance skill development with competitive, game-like drills. His goal is to help athletes not only improve as volleyball players but also grow into confident, accountable young people.

Parker is known for building a positive and supportive team culture, celebrating effort as much as results, and helping players handle pressure with preparation and trust in their training.

Outside of volleyball, Parker enjoys calligraphy, reading, and spending time outdoors with his wife and daughter.
