Assistant Coach // 13 Elite

Brittany Bacon joins the staff as the 13 Elite Assistant Coach. A Knoxville, Iowa native, she was a four-year varsity player at Knoxville High School, competed with IPVA, and now plays collegiate volleyball as a setter at the University of Tulsa.

Coaching since her freshman year of high school, Brittany discovered a passion for helping athletes grow in both skill and confidence. Inspired by her mother, a former West Virginia University volleyball player, she emphasizes competitiveness and love in her coaching style—pushing athletes to reach their full potential while creating a supportive team culture where every role matters.

Her favorite part of coaching is watching players develop a passion for volleyball and gain life skills such as discipline, work ethic, and confidence. Brittany looks forward to bringing her energy, experience, and love for the game to the 13 Elite team this season.
