Coach Kathleen brings 24 years of coaching experience and a lifelong love for volleyball to the 13 Elite team. A standout player at Bishop Kelley, Team Tulsa, Hurricane Jrs., and the University of Dallas, she knows firsthand how the game builds resilience, teamwork, and confidence.

Inspired by mentors like Jerri Burna and Peggy McCaw, Coach Kathleen holds her players to high standards while being their biggest supporter. Her proudest achievements include leading her high school varsity team to back-to-back state finals and watching her athletes grow into gritty, confident competitors.

Her philosophy is simple: trust the process. By focusing on growth, discipline, and team culture, she empowers young athletes to discover how capable they really are—on and off the court.

Off the court, Kathleen loves cooking, reading, and spending time with family. Above all, she’s grateful to share in her players’ journeys and strives to make every season a positive, meaningful experience.
