Head Coach // 13 Pink

Josie Alcott, a Bishop Kelley alum and UPVBC graduate, returns as the Head Coach for 13 Pink. A former 2018 OSSAA 5A State Champion, Josie is entering her third season coaching with UPVBC.

For Josie, coaching is more than just teaching volleyball — it’s a calling. Inspired by her faith, she leads with service, patience, and encouragement, focusing on building both athletes and people. Her philosophy emphasizes growth, confidence, and teamwork over the scoreboard, creating an environment where players feel supported and challenged to reach their potential.

Josie finds her greatest joy in watching athletes gain confidence and play for each other. She values effort, positivity, and resilience above all else and hopes her players leave with lessons that extend far beyond the court.

Outside of volleyball, Josie enjoys staying active, watching sports, spending time with family and friends, and exploring her passion for holistic health and wellness.
