Head Coach // 14 Pink

Jenna Alcott-Sanchez is the Head Coach of the 14 Pink team. A former Bishop Kelley and Club ONE player, Jenna has been coaching for three years with Ultimate Performance, in addition to coaching at All Saints Catholic School and serving as the JV coach at Bishop Kelley High School.

Jenna is passionate about helping athletes grow both on and off the court. She emphasizes fundamentals, mental toughness, and teamwork, while fostering a supportive culture where players push each other to be their best. Her favorite moments as a coach are when athletes gain confidence, discover their love for the sport, and celebrate success together.

Outside of volleyball, Jenna owns a wedding and event planning business, works with her church, and enjoys relaxing with her dogs. She is excited to continue building a positive, family-like culture with Ultimate Performance.
