Head Coach // 12 Pink

Cassidy Hessman is the Head Coach of the 12 Pink team and brings five years of club coaching experience. A lifelong player, she competed in rec, school, and club volleyball before serving as team manager at Pittsburg State University. Inspired by her mom, a longtime volleyball coach, Cassidy knew early on that she wanted to follow in her footsteps.

Her coaching style emphasizes fundamentals, confidence, and teamwork, while also helping athletes develop life skills such as resilience, discipline, and leadership. Cassidy values work ethic and positivity, and she loves seeing young athletes grow both as players and as people.

This is her first season with Ultimate Performance, and she is excited to share her passion for the game with the 12 Pink team.
