Assistant Coach // 10 Pink

Adele Johnson is the Assistant Coach for UPVBC 10 Pink. A former Cascia Hall Varsity player and longtime UPVBC athlete with six years of club experience, Adele is stepping into her first year of coaching. Inspired by the coaches who shaped her own journey, she’s excited to give back and help young athletes grow in both skill and love for the game.

Adele’s coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that mistakes lead to growth and that volleyball should be both competitive and fun. She emphasizes simple skill development, supportive honesty, and lighthearted competition to keep players motivated and confident. Above all, she values leadership, communication, and positive energy on her teams.

Outside of volleyball, Adele enjoys reading, writing, watching movies, spending time with friends and family, and playing school soccer. She is excited for her first season coaching with Ultimate and looks forward to helping her players fall in love with the game the same way she did.
