Assistant Coach // 14 Pink

Rachel Resta is the Assistant Coach for the 14 Pink team. A setter with over nine years of club volleyball experience, she played for top programs like TAV and Mansfield High School, where she tallied more than 2,500 career assists and earned honors including District 11-6A Co-MVP. She now competes at the collegiate level as a setter for Oral Roberts University.

Though early in her coaching career, Rachel brings passion, technical knowledge, and first-hand playing experience to her role. She loves helping young athletes build both skill and confidence, while fostering a positive team culture rooted in encouragement and growth. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes balancing correction with support, focusing on the process of development while keeping the joy of the game at the center.

Outside of volleyball, Rachel enjoys staying active outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and listening to music. She is excited to begin her first season with Ultimate and to help her players grow on and off the court.
