Dropping from event with full refund: Prior to January 1, 2021 (at noon).
Dropping from event after January 1 to January 14, 2021 – 50% of entry fee.
Dropping from event after January 14 to event date – no refund.
Reminder: Admission will be charged for spectators. $8 per day or $15 for the weekend. Children 10 and under are free.
Coaches must check in 30 minutes prior to your first match scheduled time. Captains will be called 15 minutes prior to play. If you have a waivered player that has been approved to participate, you must bring in region documentation. Medical Release forms should be with the coach at all times for every player. Proof of age such as Membership Card, birth certificate or parents on site, will be used to resolve any age disputes per division.
DEPENDING ON WHAT TYPE POOL – GENERAL INFORMAITON
Pool matches will be best 2 of 3. First two sets will be to 25. Third set, if needed to 15, no caps.
Warm-ups will be 4-4 for the first match you play, serve within your warmup. Afterwards, 3-3.
No shared back court. Warm up balls will not be provided.
A paid R1 official will be provided. Teams must provide an R2, scorer, libero tracker, score flipper, and 2 line judges. Please have teams ready to officiate as soon as the previous match is over.

Reminders- Facility guidelines:

A hospitality room will be available for coaches and refs. No team coolers are allowed inside or outside the facility. No outside food or drinks. The Titan Sports Complex will have concessions available for purchase.
There will be seating provided for spectators around each court. Please don’t move them from one court to another.
Depending on any state or local rules on Covid, mask for spectators is mandatory, spectators may be limited, and sanitation stations are placed throughout the facility. Any updates on facility Covid guidelines will be sent out to all registered teams as we receive.
Teams are expected to take care of their camp areas and dispose of trash.
Titan parking lot is patrolled during the day. Cars will be towed without warning if vehicle is parked illegally.
Parents and Spectators are expected to maintain good sportsmanship during and between matches. Those spectators who are unable to control their language and behavior will be dismissed from the facility.
This is a Zero Tolerance event and facility. If event staff or facility staff deem behavior is threatening to the safety of players or spectators, you will be asked to leave area/facility and if non-compliant, police will be called.
SafeSport procedures will be followed at this sanctioned event and reported to coach, club director and region office.
